Prove effectiveness of treatment
VERN Health can generate reports by patient, by provider, or a system-wide reporting. We track the individual’s emotional status during each interaction, adding a data point for each visit or survey filled, or phone follow-up that’s completed. This gives you and your care providers the tools to track the effectiveness of treatment and the data from each encounter can provide insights otherwise forgotten or ignored.
Each interaction generates a report to be routed to the appropriate person, or to the appropriate folder of your EHR/PM. On the dashboard, you can see the results of each of the interactions over time. This allows you to see what treatment has been effective-and where you need to make some changes.

When you conduct a patient interaction, it gets analyzed and recorded. So the data in the reports is a rich, full report of actionable data. Each sentence is broken down and scored, and flagged as “low” “medium” and “high” confidence/strength for the particular emotion. You’ll get an average score and a highest score by emotion. In addition, if you decide to +Enhance VERN Health with one of our applications, the partner application data will be included in the interaction.
We won’t have the person’s name, location, or any other identifiable information. Patient identifications are protected, encrypted, and numerically substituted so that the data can remain compliant. So we will not be providing you with the patient’s name but instead a unique identification number that can match up with the records in your EHR/PM software.
